The NFL season might be a marathon and not a sprint, but the finish line is in sight and time is running out on the 2012 season. After a ho-hum 2-2 batch of picks on Wild Card Weekend, we think a perfect weekend could be on tap.
The matchups on Saturday and Sunday mirror each other in their lines and, we think, predictability. First up you’re looking at the Denver Broncos giving nine points to the visiting Baltimore Ravens followed by the San Francisco 49ers favored by just 2.5 points over the Green Bay Packers.
On Sunday the big spread is in the New England where the Patriots are hosting the Houston Texans. Not surprisingly, Tom Brady is giving up 9.5 points to a fired up Arian Foster. Meanwhile, the Atlanta Falcons are favored by just one over the Seattle Seahawks in a game Las Vegas sees as a coin flip.
Last year in the Divisional round only one road team was able to pull out a victory. Could that number double this time around? We certainly think so.
If you are looking for some help navigating this weekend’s games and finishing the season strong, hopefully we can help!
Last Week: 2-2
Baltimore at Denver (-9) – Broncos
