After being cut by the Chiefs, safety Bernard Pollard eventually found a new home with the Houston Texans. Could another former Kansas City defender follow him to Texas?
The Houston Texans cut linebacker Buster Davis today and auditioned four veteran free agent linebackers, according to a league source.
The Texans also worked out veteran linebackers Monty Beisel, Rocky Boiman, Darnell Bing and Brandon Renkart.
Pollard is already starting for Houston and has averaged 6.5 tackles over the last two games. With the problems they are having at linebacker, Beisel could step in and play immediately.
