The Kansas City Chiefs added a name to their short injury report on Thursday: C Casey Wiegmann.
The veteran was a limited participant thanks to a finger injury, but short of that finger being cut off in the next 48 hours you shouldn’t expect him to sit out Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears. Wiegmann has started 170 straight game which amounts to 10,838 snaps.
Demorrio Williams and Ryan Lilja remained on the injury report for the second straight day with the linebacker being upgraded to a full participant. If Lilja is unable to go, he will once again be replaced by rookie
Chicago added two names to their report, the most notable being the explosive Devin Hester. Chiefs special teams coach Steve Hoffman shouldn’t get too excited though, as Hester’s limitation was because of personal reasons.
