Brandon Flowers Still Limited For Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs injury report for Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills looks a lot like the one they had last week before the opening week loss to the Atlanta Falcons.

Five of the six players listed on the Chiefs report last week are again dealing with injuries. Leading the way is CB Brandon Flowers, who continues to be limited by a foot injury. Flowers was unable to play against the Falcons and missed all of the preseason.

The good news for the Chiefs revolves around who isn’t on the injury report: linebackers Derrick Johnson and Jovan Belcher. Both started and played last week despite lingering ankle and groin injuries, respectively.

Head coach Romeo Crennel was also able to upgrade DE Allen Bailey, S Kendrick Lewis and NT Anthony Toribio to limited participants after being unable to participate last week.

A new addition to the Chiefs report is rookie WR Devon Wylie, who tweaked his hamstring against the Atlanta Falcons.

The Buffalo Bills injury report includes just three names, two of which have no chance of playing Sunday against the Chiefs.
