Chiefs Change Training Camp Practice Times

With the heat in St. Joseph showing no signs of easing, the Kansas city Chiefs have changed their practice schedule for the remainder of training camp, the team announced.

Beginning Monday, August 9th, the second practice during regular two-a-day sessions will now begin at 6:00 PM instead of 4:30 PM.

A special Training Camp Sendoff Event hosted by Missouri Western State University remains scheduled for Wednesday, August 18th.  This evening full of special activities will include Chiefs practice, beginning at 7:15 PM.  MWSU will charge a $10 admission fee for this event with free admission for children three and under.

Monday, August 9th: Practice 8:50-11:00 AM, 6:00-8:00 PM

Tuesday, August 10th: Practice 1:50-4:00 PM

Wednesday, August 11th: Practice 8:50-11:00 AM, 6:00-8:00 PM

Thursday, August 12th: No Practice

Friday, August 13th: Kansas City at Atlanta – Georgia Dome (7:00 PM)

Saturday, August 14th: No Practice

Sunday, August 15th: Practice 1:50-4:00 PM

Monday, August 16th: Practice 8:50-11:00 AM, 6:00-8:00 PM

Tuesday, August 17th: Practice 1:50-4:00 PM

Wednesday, August 18th: Practice 8:50-11:00 AM, Night Practice – 7:15-9:15 PM

Thursday, August 19th: Final Training Camp Practice at Missouri Western – 1:50-4:00 PM
