Chiefs Inactives Unchaged From Win Over Packers

The Kansas City Chiefs released their list of seven inactive players for today’s game against the Oakland Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium. In a rarity for most teams, the Chiefs list is identical for the second week in a row.

Inactive:

DL Brandon Bair, S Jon McGraw, OL David Mims, TE Jake O’Connell, QB Tyler Palko, NT Jerrell Powe, WR Jerheme Urban

The 46-man gameday roster the Chiefs had last week seemed to work pretty well in their 19-14 win over the previously undefeated Green Bay Packers.  So, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it…  right?

McGraw would have been the only obvious change, but his ankle injury limited him in practice this week and he will be forced to miss his fourth game this season.  The defense contained the Packers offense without him, though it sure would be nice to get him on the field more and Sabby Piscitelli less.

Keeping just two tight ends active again is a sign we should see a similar offensive attack as we did against Green Bay.
