Chiefs Injury Report Nearly Empty

The Kansas City Chiefs will take the field for the final game of the regular season Sunday as one of the healthiest teams in the league.  Following Wednesday’s practice, the team listed just one player on the injury report.

Donald Washington (ankle)

The Chiefs practiced all of last week without Washington and he sat out Sunday’s victory over the Tennessee Titans.

It continues to blow my mind that Kansas City can be this healthy at this stage of the season.  Though this team sure has done their injuries in a big way this year between the two season-ending neck injuries to Cameron Sheffield and Maurice Leggett along with Matt Cassel’s appendectomy, they are going to wrap up the regular season without any major injuries.
