Just Two Players On Chiefs Injury Report

Romeo Crennel has quite the task for his first game as the interim head coach for the Kansas City Chiefs with the undefeated Green Bay Packers are coming to town looking to keep their path to a perfect season clear.

Luckily for the Chiefs, they will have a brand new quarterback under center and all but one of their available players taking part in at least part of practice.  All told, just two players — including that new quarterback, Kyle Orton — are listed on the first injury report of the week.

Orton was limited by the finger injury that he suffered during his only play for the Chiefs against the Chicago Bears.  Safety Jon McGraw was the other member of the Kansas City injury report.  He missed practice with an ankle injury.

As has been the case for most of the season, the Chiefs opponent has a much more extensive injury report.  The Packers listed nine players, including two – T Chad Clifton and WR Greg Jennings — that have already been ruled out for Sunday’s game.
