Chiefs Re-Sign Terrance Copper

The Kansas City Chiefs have re-signed WR Terrance Copper to a three-year deal.

Copper caught 18 passes for 157 yards last year, his second season in Kansas City, but it is his work on special teams that made him such an important player to bring back.

His agent stated there were four teams that were interested in Copper but that he wanted to finish what he started with the Chiefs.

He might not be as valuable as a starter the way C Casey Wiegmann is, however I’m sure Todd Haley would argue they will play equally important roles in defending the Chiefs AFC West division title.
