Continuing their focus on conditioning, the Kansas City Chiefs had a weigh-in this morning for all of their players at 7am before their final two-a-day practice of training camp. Word on which players “passed” will be coming in slowly this morning.
Dwayne Bowe was the first to share his results with the world, via his Facebook page:
“I made my weight. 210 is not easy to come by. Be looking for me in the GQ magazine.”
It will be fascinating to see if there are repercussions for not making weight the way there was for not passing Todd Haley’s conditioning test on the first day of camp.
Bowe making his weight is another step in the right direction as he tries to reclaim his spot as the Chiefs No. 1 receiver.
