There might not be any opportunities for Kansas City Chiefs fans to see players up close and personal at training camp this summer, but they can tonight at the InterContinental Kansas City. That’s where former Chiefs WR Eddie Kennison will host his annual fashion show and auction to benefit his foundation.
Among those expected to attend are Chiefs punter Dustin Colquitt, center Casey Wiegmann and his wife, Danni Boatwright, and former Chiefs Tony Richardson, Willie Roaf and Will Shields.
“Not only is it fun to watch some of my football friends and local celebrities strut their stuff on the runway and bid on great auction items,” Kennison said in a release, “but we’re raising funds to find a cure for this awful disease, Lupus.”

If you are able to, check out this great event. Not only is it a fantastic cause but it’s not often you get to see football players try their hand at the cat walk.
