Vote Charles/Berry This Week
Following their third straight win, the Kansas City Chiefs are well represented among the NFL’s weekly awards. Eric Berry has been nominated for Rookie of the Week after leading the defense with 7 tackles and 2 passes defensed and Jamaal Charles is in the running for Ground Player of the Week thanks to his 116 yard performance.

Rookie of the Week
LeGarrette Blount – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Blount rushed for 103 yards with one touchdown on 20 carries in the Buccaneers’ 28-24 loss to the Atlanta Falcons.
Chris Ivory – New Orleans Saints
Ivory rushed for 117 yards and two touchdowns, including a career-long 55-yard score, in the Saints’ 34-30 victory at the Cincinnati Bengals.
Joe Haden – Cleveland Browns
Haden totaled five tackles, a career-high four passes defensed and one interception in a 13-10 win at the Miami Dolphins.
Sean Lee – Dallas Cowboys
Lee had two interceptions (44 yards), returning one for a 31-yard touchdown, in a 38-35 overtime win at the Indianapolis Colts.
Ground Player of the Week
Maurice Jones-Drew – Jacksonville Jaguars
Jones-Drew rushed for a career-high 186 yards on 31 carries and recorded his longest run of the season (37 yards) in a 17-6 win over the Titans.
Adrian Peterson – Minnesota Vikings
Peterson rushed for 107 yards and three touchdowns, including a 43-yard score, in the Vikings’ 38-14 win over the Buffalo Bills.
