Four Chiefs Questionable On Final Injury Report

The Kansas City Chiefs final injury report for Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons was released on Friday and the good news is there weren’t any new names included. The bad news is that it still has four starters.

Of those first team players — Jovan Belcher, Brandon Flowers, Derrick Johnson and Kendrick Lewis — Belcher is the only one to have his status change. After missing practice on Thursday, Belcher was back out on the field in a limited capacity Friday and linebackers coach Gary Gibbs said he expects him to “be on the field” along with Johnson Sunday.

Allen Bailey, Anthony Toribio and Lewis were unable to practice all week, listed as “doubtful” by the Chiefs and will likely watch the game in street clothes.

While there will be plenty of questions surrounding the Chiefs roster entering Sunday’s game, their opponents will be at full strength. The Falcons final injury report is made up of the same two names that were on it all week — Christopher Owens and Jason Snelling — and both are “probable”.
