Albert, Charles On Chiefs First Injury Report
There is very little uncertainty surrounding the Kansas City Chiefs injury report for Monday’s game in Pittsburgh against the Steelers. Nine players are listed, but only starting left tackle Branden Albert was limited participant at practice.
Two Chiefs — QB Brady Quinn and DE Glenn Dorsey — are already ruled “out” for this weekend, but both of those designations were expected. The other six Kansas City players were able to fully participate in practice, including RB Nate Eachus who was unable to play last week due to a head injury.
Other starters on the injury report are RB Jamaal Charles, G Jeff Allen and CB Javier Arenas. After taking a massive hit in last week’s loss to the San Diego Chargers to his neck/head, Charles is lucky to still be walking
Pittsburgh’s injury situation is much more murky. S Troy Polamalu, WR Antonio Brown and LB Stevenson Sylvester were all unable to practice Thursday.
