If you are a Chiefs fan taking the trip to Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday to see Kansas City take on Indianapolis, make sure you help with the Colts annual “Coats for Kids” collection.
This year’s collection will take place prior to kickoff from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Colts Community Collection Stations, presented by Toyota, located outside each Lucas Oil Stadium gate. Fans are encouraged to bring their new or gently used coats to drop off at the collection sites before they head into the stadium. WTHR personalities, as well as Tuchman and Salvation Army volunteers, will be stationed at each site. Monetary contributions will also be accepted.
Years of community involvement by the Kansas City Chiefs has made their fans some of the most charitable I’ve seen. Don’t forget to lend a helping hand if you live in the Indianapolis area or are making the trip from Kansas City.
