Chiefs At Full Strength, Chargers Not So Much

Todd Haley and his staff will have all 53 of their players to choose from when they put together the gameday 46 man roster Monday night.

With RB Dexter McCluster’s missed practice on Friday not being injury related, S Kendrick Lewis is the only player that received an injury designation and that was “probable”.

The San Diego Chargers, on the other hand, have ruled three players “out” — DE Luis Castillo, G Kris Dielman and LB Shaun Phillips — and have another eight on the injury report.  San Diego also put LB Larry English on injured reserve earlier this week.

RB Mike Tolbert was listed as “doubtful” by the Chargers, but he didn’t practice at all on Saturday and could be closer to “out”.  WR Malcom Floyd and S Darrell Stuckey are “questionable” but practiced in full and should be good to go Monday.

The mounting injuries could decide the Chargers active roster more than anything head coach Norv Turner is trying to do depth wise.
