The NFL has a lot of decisions to make regarding the the 2011 season (and beyond), but no matter what happens you can spend tonight with the Kansas City Chiefs to celebrate the draft. The event will kick off at 6:00 p.m. at the North Club in Arrowhead Stadium and is hosted by Mitch Holthus.
Special appearances will be made by Chiefs Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt, General Manager Scott Pioli, Assistant Head Coach Maurice Carthon, Offensive Coordinator/Offensive Line Coach Bill Muir and Defensive Coordinator Romeo Crennel.
The draft party will include tours of the stadium, the unique opportunity to watch draft coverage in-stadium on the ArrowVision video boards, your chance to meet and greet Chiefs alumni players as well as enjoy special appearances by the Chiefs Cheerleaders and KC Wolf.
Check out ticket information over at the official site, but know they will be available at the door if you can’t purchase in advance.
With all the uncertainty surrounding the labor situation and team’s potentially being in contempt if they don’t allow players full access to the facilities, who knows… maybe a few Chiefs will show up. Not likely, but after everything we’ve seen from this situation, would you really be surprised by anything?
