Justin Houston Returns To Chiefs Practice

The Kansas City Chiefs are preparing to take on the Oakland Raiders Sunday afternoon and they are doing it at nearly full strength.

Just a week after a packed injury report, the Chiefs only listed eight players Wednesday and seven of those were able to participate. The only player unable to practice was left tackle Branden Albert, who was unable to play last week against the Washington Redskins.

Tight end Anthony Fasano also sat out last week with a concussion, but was able to participate on a limited basis.

Linebacker Justin Houston has missed two games after dislocating his elbow against the San Diego Chargers and returned to practice for the first time since suffering the injury. While he was only a limited participant, getting Houston and his 11 sacks back on the field would be a huge boost to the Kansas City defense.

The other five players on the Chiefs injury report were able to practice fully and are expected to play this weekend.

The Oakland Raiders listed 12 players on their initial report for the week.
