The Kansas City Chiefs have released their list of seven inactive players for today’s game against the Houston Texans at Arrowhead Stadium. For the first time all season, every inactive player is a healthy scratch.
QB Tyler Bray, TE Kevin Brock, S Bradley McDougald, LB Dezman Moses, C Eric Kush, OL Rishaw Johnson, DT Jaye Howard
Both Moses and Howard were on the injury report, but were listed as probable to play.
Big news for Bob Sutton’s defense is that both CB Brandon Flowers and S Kendrick Lewis are healthy enough to play. Lewis was the only player to miss practice time this week due to injury and Flowers had been limited.
We’ll also get to see TE Anthony Fasano returning to the field for the first time since suffering an ankle injury in Week 2 against the Dallas Cowboys. With the veteran active, Brock is inactive as Fasano and Sean McGrath will be QB Alex Smith’s tight ends today.
As the Chiefs look to go 7-0 against the struggling Houston Texans — and their third-string QB Case Keenum — they’ll do it with their best 46 players for the first time this season.
